The Well Foundation Fellowship program will comprise

Primary school teachers
senior secondary school teachers (5 STEM, 5 NON-STEM)
Junior secondary school teachers
An Equal gender ratio

Fellowship Outline

01.

A 5 days intensive onsite bootcamp for teachers to learn the rudiments of project management, compassionate systems, storytelling & Advocacy, partnership & collaboration amongst others.

02.

Virtual Bi-weekly sessions that comprises 12 modules on pedagogy delivery, emotional intelligence, Leadership and other educational modules that have been designed by the curriculum and content teamteam.

03.

A presentation by fellows after the fellowship on the success of the capstone projects implemented in their various communities.

04.

Virtual weekly check-ins on their capstone project.

Selection Criteria for the Fellowship Program

An NCE minimum academic requirement for primary school teachers.
At least 3 years of experience facilitating pedagogy.
A B.A, B.Sc/B.Ed minimum academic requirement for secondary school teachers.
Must be between the ages of 25 to 35 years old.
